220KV clean flame retardant cross-linked cablesProduct number:YJLW03-Z 127/110KV
Advisory

ProductUsage:

This product is suitable for 220KV power transmission system. For thetransmission of electricity purposes. Low smoke without flame retardantperformance is higher than the national standard of flame retardant, widelyused in airports, nuclear power plants, key water control projects, high-risebuildings, chemicals, metallurgy, petroleum, transportation and other flameretardant performance demanding places.

Implementation standards:

The implementation standard of 220kV product is GB / Z18890-2002"XLPE insulated power cable with rated voltage of 220 kV (Um = 252 kV) andits accessories" and IEC62067 "rated voltage of 150kV (Um = 170kV)Extruded insulated power cables and accessories of the power cable system"

Flame retardant properties in line with GB / T 18380.3 (IEC 60332-3)requirements

Product Usage:

This product is suitable for 220kV power transmission and distributionsystem for the transmission of electrical energy, low smoke without accountingfor the flame retardant performance higher than the national standard, widelyused in airports, nuclear power plants, key water control projects, high-risebuildings, chemicals, Metallurgy, petroleum, transportation and other flameretardant performance demanding places.

Usefeatures:

1、Maximum rated temperature

Long-term maximum allowable operatingconductor temperature: 90 °C,Maximum operating temperature under short-timeoverload: 130°C,Maximum operating temperature under short circuit (shortcircuit duration 5 s): 250 °C

Installation requirements

Cable laying shall not be restrictedby drop height; the ambient temperature for laying shall not be lower than 0 °C,and if the ambient temperature is lower than 0 °C, the cable shall bepre-heated.

2.1Minimum bending radius of cable

During cablelaying: 20D0; and Permanentinstallation: 15D0.

Note: D0 is measured outerdiameter of cable.

2.2Maximum allowable axial traction for cableinstallation, T (radial side pressure at bend not being considered

Conductor: T=K×Conductor section (kg)

Aluminum sheath:T=K×Aluminum sheath section(kg)

Where, the coefficient K=7kg/mm2for copper conductor and 4kg/mm2 for aluminum conductor and  2kg/mm2 for aluminum sheath.

2.3Maximum allowable side pressurewhen cable is bent, P

P=T/R≤500(kg/m), where T is axialtraction, and R is bending radius.
